How we use AI

  • Breezy’s Candidate Match Score and Incognity Apply are automated tools built with artificial intelligence. Both are designed to help employers screen candidates for employment while reducing the risk of introducing bias in the hiring process.

    Candidate Match Score assesses how closely the skills, education, and experience on an applicant’s resume match those listed in a job description. It does not consider personal identifiers such as gender, age, race, ethnicity, or location. Employers can use Match Scores to help prioritize their responses and follow up with candidates.

  • Incognito Apply automatically redacts data from a candidate's application and resume when they apply through your career portal, from a job board, or with a direct link to the position. Identifiable information like their name, photo, pronouns, and contact details are replaced with anonymized terms or placeholders. Their original data will be restored when the candidate is moved from the applied stage to another stage in the hiring pipeline.

    Candidate Match Score and Incognito Apply do not eliminate or disqualify any candidates, or permanently hide their information from a potential employer. Employers can view all candidates and make human decisions about advancing applicants in the hiring process.
